Volunteering with Claudia Jones Organisation

Today, 22nd December, Claudia Jones Organisation held a Christmas Party for local families.

They served a large Caribbean Christmas meal, entertained by a clown and had a visit from Father Christmas who gave all the children a Christmas present. Fun was had by all who attended.

On Saturday 20th December Claudia Jones Organisation distributed over 50 Christmas Hampers to families in need. These hampers were kindly donated by KICC.

“Fantastic! Whoever put these hampers together did a great job-really well through out and there was something in there for everyone!” said Elsa Cathline, member of the Claudia Jones Organisation Management Committee.

Claudia Jones Organisation is holding is 32nd Annual General Meeting and Winter Social on 24th January 2015.

Claudia Jones Organisation would like to wish its members, supporters, users, partners and those within the community, near and far, a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

The office is closed for the Christmas holidays from 1.00pm on 24th December 2014 and will reopen at 10.00am on 5th January 2015.
